I am looking forward to spending a spring Saturday teaching our popular Right Brain Drawing workshop at The Painted Tree art store in Cobourg. This link will tell you what you need to bring along.

In every drawing workshop, we have beginners (as young as 13) who have never drawn to more experienced drawers who just want to brush up on skills to improve their drawing. Returning students continue where they left off after previous workshops. It makes for a lovely class because there will be all levels of drawing skills where everyone can learn from each other.

The class will begin with some fun exercises that help your brain to see what you are drawing. Then, you will learn to draw your own footwear. Finally, you will be supplied with some quality photos to be used as reference. You will go home with one or two drawings that you will be proud to show off!

Here is another. This artist was just going to accompany her son to the workshop and hang out with us. When a spot opened up, she joined us and I have a feeling she was happy with the results of her efforts.
